Apollo 69 had one important job to deliver the main consignment of optimally fertile humans to Alpha-omegi, a planet residing in the Goldilocks zone of the universe, not too hot, not too cold but just right for human life to thrive. The planet had been scoped out 100 years before by the Hubble telescope mark IV. These humans were being sent via rocket ship to rapidly populate the planet.
The skeleton of civilisation had been established already on the planet, but without a rapid and heavy influx of humans the planet would likely fail to sustain itself and it would take yet another generation to be able to have another chance to succeed.
Interplanetary Life incorporated the company behind the planet colonisation did not have the depth of funds to take another hit of a failing planet, their last two ventures had come up short and this was their last chance. Do or die. And they knew it. If they didn’t succeed this time they would be a ruined company.
The company they had employed to populate the planet was StarrFamilys. They were basically a first class baby making machine, if you needed a population and fast they were the people to call.
As it turned out after many years of research and testing the fastest and most efficient way of making humans was the old fashioned way. A great job if you are into that sort of thing.
