Book Review – Nudge – Richard H. Thaler, Cass r. Sunstein

This was an interesting listen talking about behavioral economics and the power of the different choices we make and the choices that are designed for us to make everyday. The book looks into a lot of different topics and comes at them from a different perspective of pure economic rationale compared to our own biased human emotional based ‘rationale’ for decision making.

I would definitely recommend this book if you are interested in any way on economics and how the human mind works and you are looking for a way to improve the way you live by making sure your choice architecture is on point.

This was the first book I have listened too around behavioral and it has sparked a definite interest into the subject as I feel like the points and techniques that are explained in the book could be powerful driving forces for positive change in the world.

Have you read or listened to any great books recently? Around economics or anything? Let me know in the comments below and I will endeavor to read or listen to them too!
