68. Dollhouse: Write a poem or short story from the viewpoint of someone living in a dollhouse.

I stand here

With my plastic frying pan

In hand

Waiting for the watchful eye

That comes to my windows

Most days

Through the haze

Of curtains

Obscure the view.

What and why do you watch me

I always tend to think

What and why do you watch me

I only dread to think

Is my life a game

For you to play around with

To manipulate for you ends

Then drop me back in stead

And leave me out to mend.

What and why you watch me

I really couldn’t say

But in my house in your house

I think I’m best to stay

I have my plastic frying pan

And I’ll be watching out for you

When you come my way.
